Jane’s Krazy Mixed-Up Salt

I first happened upon this product when my friend Gloria gave me her recipe for Potato Salad – still my favorite! It’s the perfect salt for potato salad, because the potatoes absorb regular salt and almost everyone still grabs for the salt shaker.

I’ve added Jane’s Krazy Mixed-Up Salt, which includes a few spices, to gargen salads (sparingly, since my other half-has high blood pressure), farmer’s chop suey (an amazing salad with simple ingredients and sour cream), steamed vegetables, baked potatoes, and even oven fries. If a savory recipe calls for salting to taste, try this one!

I just recently found Jane’s Krazy Mixed-Up Pepper, which is perfect on anything, since we LOVE pepper! It’s chunky enough to notice and also has a few added spices to kick your foods up a notch. Mmmm, I just saw on Jane’s website that there’s a Sweet Lime Pepper. Will have to look for that one.
